      Oct 25, 2012

GM Le Quang Liem, SPICE Cup 2011 champion, 2-time winner of the Aeroflot Open, the #1 player in Vietnam, and former #1 junior in the world, will join the SPICE program at Webster University in St. Louis in the Fall of 2013.

VietNamNet Bridge – Grandmaster Le Quang Liem has been awarded a four-year scholarship at Webster University in the US, a worldwide institution.

viet need talented people to thrust forward its science and technological industrialization. this means mathematician, physicist, computer/electronic engineer, aerospace engineer, inventor, NOT banking/finance which waste his talent and scholarship. i hope liem reconsider to help his poor country. banking/finance is for dumb people like me 🙂

Webster is a liberal arts university. It does not offer degrees in sciences (no engineering).
