      Condolences to GM Hoyos and his family

      The Muñoz family as well as our readers worldwide share our condolences with Mexican Grand Master Manuel Leon Hoyos and his family for the passing of his father Mr. Hector León Pimentel. We know that God will hear our prayers and provide the strength and the comfort they will need during these difficult moments. May he rest in peace Mr. Hector Leon Pimentel.

      Special thanks to Claudia Munoz for alerting me about this. GM Hoyos has applied and been accepted to Webster University next year as part of the SPICE program. On behalf of his future teammates: GMs Meier, So, Robson, Moradiabadi, Bykhovsky, Diamant, Boros, IMs Neimer and Aleskerov, and FM Banawa, our sincerely condolences to Manuel and his family.
