Easy. 1… Rxb2!. If 2.Kxb2 Qb5+ 3.Rb4 Qxc5 (threat: 4…Qxc2+) wins the Rb5.

2. Kxb2 * Qa2+
3. Kc1 ** Qxc4
and the white bishop on c5 falls as well because of the mate threat.

3. Kc3 Qxc2+
4. Kc4 Rb8+

* if white declines the rook after 1… Rxb2 then the threat is 2. … Rb1+ and 3. … Qa1#
… Rxb2, Kxb2 Qa2+, Kc1 Qxc4, followed by … Qc3 leads to a win or mate I think.
