Wasn’t the one on the left involved in a cheating scandal?

The one in the left is Anna Rudolf and was falsly accused for cheating (she is a young talented player of 2300 approx, and was just having a super tournament). People accused her that she used her lipstick for cheating… The person that accused her, played against her in the final roud and refused to shake hands! He also played “anti-computer” chess. But Anna, apparently didn’t know the handshake-rule (it was before Corus). She lost that game (but still made an IM norm). Had she won that she would have tied for first!
