        Wow, Look at the number of times a much lower rated player won their games against much higher rated players!

        That is even so with many drawn games.

        Can anyone explain that? Oh, My, is there artificial inflation lurking nearby??

        Ratings are figures of past results. It doesn’t mean you can’t loose to a lower ranked player, or else everyone would get ranked higher and higher.
