Mr. Ignatius Leong is one of the best arbiters in the World and one of the most respected peronalities in the world of chess. FIDE and Germany did well to appoint him as Chief Arbiter.

Since when is Ignatius Leong a Chinese from China? Everyone else knows he’s from Singapore. Maybe you were referring to Nigel Freeman.

Are you ethnically German but a French or Russian but a Slovenian or Indian but an Australian, or Chinese but a German?

I love arbiters in chess. They make things right when players are in dispute. They also write reports do that tournaments can get rated. They should be paid better for their sacrifices in life.

Susan, do you possess any arbitress title? It seeems to be the only area in chess you are not an expert?
