        1. Qb5 and black’s queen is lost.

        1. … Qxb5?
        2. Rxc8+ Qe8
        3. Rxe8+ Bf8
        4. Rxf8#

        1. Qb5!
It took me about 4 minutes to suddenly recognize the position. This is the famous Kamsky game against Eljanov. The later resigned after Kamsky played the above mentioned move. The game is from the currently played tournament in Jarmuk, Armenia.

I think the move you’re looking for is Qb5! At least that’s the move that was played, if I’m not mistaken. Black is just dead.

1.Qb5! forces Black to give up the queen with 1…Qa8, since 1…Qxb5? 2.Rxc8+ and 1…Rxb8? 2.Qxb8+ force mate.

If the black queen weren’t protecting the black rook on c8 then Rxc8 would lead to mate for white, so I’m guessing the best move is a deflection of the black queen. I think Qb5 is the best deflection for white.
