White should offer a draw before he gets checkmated.
Here is a try:
1. Rhe1+ Kf8
2. Rd8+ Kg7
3. Nf5+ gxf5
4. Rg1#
Hope that is right.
This looks like a forced mate in 4:
Rhe1+, Rd8+, Nf5+, Rg1#
“draw agreed…”
but
1.rhe1+ kf8
2.rd8+ kg7
3.nf5+ gxf5
4.rg1+ …
is worth a try in an otb game

Any idea of who the anonymous poster is who has been haunting these puzzles lately? He/she posts first, once as “1200 player,” has been around for the last half dozen or so puzzles, and usually believes “White is so lost.”
Some possibilities:
1. Homer Simpson
2. Garry Kasparov, just a little off form
3. Bart Simpson
4. Dennis Kucinich
5. Bill Goichberg
It’s probably an inside joke that I alone don’t get. Other possibilities?
