Menzi is like 12 years old 1800; quite good for a girl, but not too good to play GM like Kosteniyuk, Kosintseva, Cramling, we had before a Canadian girl, M. Roy, who played against GMs and lost, where is she now?

World Champions can’t be created suddenly, therefore, it is perfectly right to give young players chance to play with big stars. This will motivate all young players.
