Foxwoods has 6-hour games, 40 in 2 hours and SD in 1 hour.

They play from 12 noon to after midnight for 4 consecutive days.

Wouldn’t FIDE time control (90 min + 30 sec per move) be better when you have 2 games per day?

        “5-day Open Section schedule: Reg. ends Wed 6 pm, rds. Wed. 7 pm, Thu 12 noon & 7 pm, Fri 12 noon & 7 pm, Sat 12 noon & 7 pm, Sun 10 am & 4:30 pm”
