      French Election Prediction

      Election, France, Nicolas Sarkozy

Again, I am not a big fan of politics, especially in France 🙂 I run away from politics as much as possible. However, for some reasons, I received about a dozen email requesting my prediction about the French election tomorrow.

I guess I have become Madame Psychic 🙂

Anyway, my prediction is Nicolas Sarkozy will win. He is the son of a Hungarian immigrant and his mother is French. This is just a prediction since I have never met him and I know very little about what any of the candidates stands for.

Now I hope you are not asking me to predict the winner of the Stanley Cup next 🙂

Oh. Well I think that, as a hockey fan, I should help you do that prediction. I’m thinking that the Ottawa Senators are going to win.

        Go SENS Go.

        Susan,

To compare with USA, Ségolène Royal is democrat and Nicolas Sarkozy is Republican (like Bush)

That man is dangerous. Sarkozy would destroy the good image of France in the world by joining the hated “war on terror” and intensify his crusade against immigrants in France resulting in even worse riots.
For the sake of humanity – vote Royal

Royal was well behind in the polls even before she threatened to incite violence if she lost.

I don’t imagine that even the French are willing to put up with that kind of totalitarian nonsense.

You are a good and smart woman Susan. But you should get involved in politics. But it will always get involved in you, like it or not.
