with so much action on the kingside, it would be esay to overlook Qa6+, but that move obviously works for white. sample lines:
        Qa6+ Kd7
        Qxa7+ Kc8
        Qa8+ Kc7
        Qc6+ etc
        or
        Qa6+ Kb8
        Rxb6+ axb6
        Qxb6+ etc.

        One add to ano’s post:
after 1. Qa6, Kd7? white does not play the slow (but of course also winning) 2. Qxa7+ but Qb7+ which immediately mates (3. Qe7#).

After 1. -, Kc7 2. Qxa7+ is correct and then the posted line works.
After 2. -, Kc8 Qa6+ works, too, and that’s what I found but that seems to make no difference.

        Best regards
        Jochen

        Or even a win.

        After Rxb6+ axb6 Qxb6+

        …Kc8
        Qc6+ and Rb1 mates

        or …Ka8
        Qa6+ and Rb1 mates again
