        I would beg everyone to consider the following – we don’t need arbiters in chess. Arbiters are paid enormously for basically doing nothing, compared to any other referee in any other sport. We need competent people who know that to put two score-sheets at every table and to bring the score-sheets later to another table, where the tournament director is sitting. Not withstanding that Arbiters are very bad and have appeals groups to overrule them in every competition. Grateful for your precious time.
