Well welcome to Houston, even if it is a brief stay. I have read about the things you have going on in Corpus and I think it is great. I guess either you aren’t making any special appearances in the Houston area, or I was just left out of the loop. I know you have a lot going on promoting chess throughout the states, and your project in Corpus is great! However, living in the fourth largest city in the U.S. I really feel like there should be more chess happenings around here. Help us, I beg you! Safe journey!

Enjoy Corpus Susan! That is the city that I grew up in, and it remains very dear to my heart.

As you probably already know, there are some wonderful seafood restaurants in the city. If you have a chance to visit the Padre Island area, I am sure that you would greatly enjoy that as well. Plus the Cathedral right next to downtown is simply gorgeous!
