      Hammer wins EnterCard Scandinavian Masters to qualify for Norway Chess 2015

      The EnterCard Scandinavian Masters took place from 10-15th May, 2015, in Oslo, the capital and largest city in Norway.

      The event was a 6-player round-robin tournament with the average FIDE rating of 2627.

      The participants played 5 rounds in a classical format with 2 points for a win and 1 points for a draw, followed by 5 rounds rapid chess with 1 point for a win and 1/2 point for a draw.

      GM Jon Ludvig Hammer emerged a clear winner with 12/15 points, leaving the runner-up GM Laurent Fressinet one point behind.

      Hammer took the first prize in the amount of 50,000 NOK (approximately 6,000 €) and qualified for the 2015 edition of Norway Chess Super Tournament, taking place in June.

      The youngest participant IM Aryan Tari took clear third place with 6,5 points.
