      HD Bank Cup, Le Quang Liem, SPICE, Vietnam


      The 4th HDBank Cup International Open Chess Tournament 2014 is taking place on 10-15th March in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

      The 9-round Swiss open will offer $35,000 in prizes. The winner will earn $12,000 and the top woman will claim $3,000.

      Winners of the previous two editions, Le Quang Liemand Ni Hua, are top seeded in the field of 80 players from 16 countries.
