Kolkata: Victories by P Harikrishna, K Sasikiran and Deepan Chakravarthy helped India A crush overnight joint leaders Indonesia to emerge as sole leaders after the third round of the men’s event in the Asian Team Chess Championship on Thursday.
India A now have six points.
The all-GM Vietnam team beat India B to stay on two points.
In the women’s event, India A and Vietnam shared the top spot. Both have five points and are followed by Iran on four points. (TNN)
