The 35th Rashid Nezhmetdinov Cup will take place from 31st May to 8th June in Kazan, Russia.
The venue is the playing hall of the 27th Summer Universiade, 47а/1 А.Kamaleev avenue, in Kazan.
The 9-round Swiss tournament with the classical time control 90 min for 40 moves + 30 min (and 30 sec increment) will be a valid for the Russian Cup. Draw offers are not allowed before move 41.
Last year winner was GM Boris Savchenko.
The prize fund is 605,000 rubles, which is approx 15,000 EUR. The winner will earn 100,000 RUB (2500 EUR).
