To win a piece, Rxd4, exd4 then Rxc6! the queen cannot captur the rook because of mating attack.

Rd1xN looks like a winner. If black recaptures with the pawn then Rxc6. The black queen cannot recapture on c6 because of the mate threat on g7.

        1. R1xd4 exd4
        2. Rxc6 Q-b7 (or to a7 or d7)
        3. Rxf6
        threatening 4. Nh6+ and 5. Rf7

R1d4 looks like a winning move:

        1. R1d4 ed4 (what else?)
        2. Rc6 wins two pieces for a rook since the rook can’t be retaken by the queen.

Way too difficult. I’m not a world class player.

R1xd4 followed by Rxc6 seems to work for white as the Q must cover g7.

Well, besides, r1xd4 followed by r:c6, winning on the spot, I imagine there are several moves which win for white. Rc6 nc6 rd8 rd8 nh5 looks very strong, too.
