        Rg7!

The black rook can’t move at all because of the double threat Rg8# if it has left the 8th rank, or Nf7# if it has left the sixth file.

whatever black does: Nc4, Nd7 or any pawn move is followed with

        Nf7+ Rxf7
        Rxf7

Black is doomed with a knight for a rook and a passed pawn on the 6th rank.

        Rg7 should work.

Easy peasy smother-type mate- Rg7 threatens Rg8 and I don’t see any way to prevent the mate on one of the next two moves since Rxg8 loses to Nf7.
