Not 3…Qxc2 but Bxb2! is much easier.
After 3…Qxc2 4. Qxc2 Bxb2 (Rxc2 Rxe4) 5. Ka1 is probably still won for black after 5…Be8 with the idea Bb6-e4, but this is much more complicated.
After 3…Bxb2 4.Kc1 Bf5! 5.Kd1 (5.Kd2 Qc2 6.Ke3 Rc3#) …Bxg4 mates.
And after 1…Rxb3 2.Kc1 Rb1! 3.Kxb1 Qc3 4.Kc1 Qa1#
