      Barack Obama, Economy, Stimulus

Yesterday, President Barack Obama took his case for an $800+ billion stimulus package to Indiana and ended the day with his first prime-time news conference since taking office.

      – Do you agree with President Obama’s approach to reviving the U.S. economy?
      – Do you think this $800+ billion bill will work?

It’s not going to work. There’s too much pork in this bill. This is socialism!

We don’t know if it will work but we know that doing nothing will not work. And after 8 years of a Republican in the White House that left us in this mess, I’m not that interested in hearing the Republican whiners in the Senate and House. I’m more impressed with Republican Governors like Charlie Crist who seem more in touch with the difficulties that the American people are going through.

This package will hurt more than help.

John McCain ranted and raved about “pork” during the election and it didn’t get him very far, did it? I don’t think this bill is laden with pork. I trust Obama and his economic advisors more than I trust the Republicans in the house and Senate. And how nice to have a president who holds real meetings with real Americans and is able to answer their questions intelligently and articulately.

Obama is a slick talker but his policy will bring America toward Socialism. He had no history of ever managing anything successfully. You can’t learn on the job the biggest task on this planet. Look at all the law breakers he appointed to his cabinet. It’s the same old politics.

Can we all please remember that the reason the US is in this mess is that for the last 8 years we spent like drunken sailors. And in the last 2 years under the rule of the democrats in the Senate, they increased spending while they were watching the income go down.

Now we want to do that again??

        Where is the change?

“you know, if we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, we stand up there and we make really tough decisions, there’s still a 30-percent chance we’re going to get it wrong. “

from the oh-so-quotable Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden!

I think sponsorship is a noble deed, and the USA Government has just sponsored the USA to the tune of £800Bn.

If you think the age of philanthropy and sponsorship should be ‘the past’, criticise the decision. Otherwise, back it.

My problem was when President Obama said something to the effect of “Our government is the only thing that can get us out of this mess.” Free trade and private companies have done wonderful things for the country so far. I wouldn’t underestimate their power to change things.

Obama is not a natural born citizen. Both parents must be American citizens at the time of birth and you must be born in america soil. His father was British. He is a fake President and almost half the states are bringing up the issue of succession from the union.

Doing nothing will definitely work best. Spending will only cause the recession to get worse and longer.

Obama wants to bankrupt America so he can declare Military Law and become a dictator for life. The Communists are taking over.

Obama respresents Total and Complete CORRUPTION.

Economic computer modeling shows that the great depression would have ended right away if there was no spending. the spending caused it to last for 7 or 8 more years.

We need jobs. The spending causes people to go to wal mart and the money goes to china. The bailed out Gen Motors and they are putting billions into a South American plant to bring jobs to S America.

USA is getting the short end of the stick. Obama wants his communist ideology to force America to become a 3rd world country so the rich can control the entire world. This is a world takeover by the Communists.

Expect the USA to split up and Russia to invade and take over Alaska. Then Russian will pump the oil out of Alaska. The money will go to the Communists.

Russia predicts America will split up within 2 years. It is like when we watched USSR break up.

Obama is the bigges phonyest person in the world. He is a total lie and corruption.

Gov Spending = TAX on the PEOPLE means the people are slaves. the people are in debt. The corrupt Obama will have all the money in his bank accounts.
