They should try Los Angeles at rush hour, which is any time between 7AM and 7PM. 🙂

        NYC
        LA
        Moscow

        all easy cities to navagate.

All I can think of is that some of these other countries do not have the money to build big roads to handle the traffic. Also they probably grew up from the old time narrow streets.

Imagine NYC or LA without any of the interstate roads in place.

But Susan what I want to know is where to move to for the super nice relaxed life. Cost nothing and I can live like a king and play chess with the pretty queens.

I have been to Cairo, Lagos and Seoul as well as New York and Paris. The former three beat them hands down!! No structure, ancient vehicules held together with sellotape, people who don’t have to take driving tests! It is absolute chaos but an adrenaline boost to say the least. 😛

        Yeah, Manila #1, baby!!!

I’m surprised that Bangkok isn’t on that list

I would also add Port-au-Prince, Haiti to this list. LA, NY or any other American city doesn’t even begin to compare with how chaotic it is in any of the cities on this list.
