        Well, he didn’t. Wesley drew his last round game to come in second just behind Ni Hua. At least he qualified for the World Cup.

        One guy to watch out for after this tournament is FM Jan Emmanuel Garcia. He’s a young man…high school sophomore I think. Rated about 2300+. Took down a couple of GMs including Zhang Zhong who was rated 2600+.
