The rook sac on h6 seems to be a forced mate. Queen checks on c6 and then h1 would force resignation since it’s mate in 1.
The rook sac on h6 leads to a simple mate. Queen checks on c6 and then h1 would force resignation by Black since White has a mate in 1 at that point.
