      Panamerican Women’s Chess Championship 2012

      PanAm, Women's Chess

      The Panamerican Women’s Chess Championship 2012 will take place from 23 to 30 November 2012 in the Sala Ernesto Campos of Municipal Palace in Montevideo, Uruguay.

      The tournament format will be nine rounds Swiss with the rate of play 90 minutes + 30 seconds from the first move.

      The Champion will earn $ 1,250, Vice-Champion will be awarded with $ 1,000, while the bronze medalist will take $ 750 home.

      The winner of the 2012 Women’s Panamerican will be awarded with the Woman Grandmaster title.
