What’s the idea behind it?
Why are the kings and queens always placed in the wrong squares?
this is clearly a racist photograph. al jolson is rolling in his grave.
Why is the board always in the wrong position in advertisement pics???
The chessboard is wrong haha…the white diagonal is going down to the left and the kings are misplaced. Clearly, the one who prepared this ad is not a chessplayer…:)
Unfortunately, like most chess images in the media, the board is set up incorrectly and the king and queen are on the wrong squares (which is inevitable if the board is set up incorrectly)
Only a black king can satisfy a white queen.
The cream seams to have made the black squares white and vice versa!
