1.Nxe6 may well be a forced win for White (although I’m skeptical of some of your proposed defenses for Black). However, White has a much more clearcut win with a different first move.
I found that White ends up with a pawn advantage if Black plays accurate defense.

The move should be 1. b4 which curtains directly.
If 1. … Qd6 then Nf5.
If 1. … Q~ 2. Nxe6 fxe6 3. Qf7 wins the piece.
If 1. … Qd6 then Nf5.
No doubt at all that that wins. But the real crusher is 2.Bf4.
Well, i found
1.b4!
And black has three choices…
a) 1….Qd6
2.Bf4 wins black’s queen.
b) 1………..Qb6
2.Nxe6 fxN
3.Qf7! and black loses it’s bishop since 3…Rh8-e8 (Ra8-e8 or Qd8 loses too) 4.Qxe6+ wins
C) 1…..Qc4
2.Nxe6 as line b)
