How come the USCF website is not covering this live? Don’t we have a full time web person?

Pahetz also lost to Khadimova… and the young Foisor couldn’t overcome Socko, although she was very close! 🙂

Still… Hou Yifan is The Woman!!! 😀

Elisabeth Paehtz advanced with an Armageddon win. I’ll never make fun of her playing the Larsen Attack again.

Is not done yet, official site show that both games are going in SD.

Something is wrong, the result page is showing that Foisor – Socko os going in SD, on the live games page it looks like Socko went on with 1.5-.5

        Sorry, I spoke too early!

They are both heading to Armageddon… it still goes on!!!

You can follow the games and the excitation here:

        http://nalchik2008.fide.com/live-games/?lang=eng

The end is getting near… o dear!

        Pahetz wins… she goes through!!!

Oh boy, now the transmission stopped! Foisor and Socko seem to be about equal, but what is going on we can’t see!

60 moves… who wins, who loses?!

The white knight checks… the black king backs!

So here we are… while they battle far!

Ah!!! A draw… it’s a draw with only king and knight for both sides… Foisor wins the fight!!!

And I got none right… what lack of insight!!! 😀

I just found out some unofficial info: Socko just made an official complaint against the result in the last SD game.
