After losing to the US, India bounced back to beat Azerbaijan. In the mean time, the US could not sustain the momentum from the big win against India yesterday. They lost to Russia 1-3. Same with Greece. After upsetting Russia yesterday, Greece lost to Egypt 1.5-2.5. After only 3 rounds, there is no team with a perfect score.

Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
The US team is still best. Nakamura is the best player in the tournament.
!? game from Onischuck and Shulman, looks like Naka and Akopian was sleepwalking though the game.Oh Susan i just saw Senator Thompson discussing improving Buffalo N.Y. apparently things are looking good for us and we gunna get chess in the school system here, how Dallas like our snow?
“The US team is still best.”
It isn’t, never was, and never will be.
“Nakamura is the best player in the tournament.”
He isn’t, never was, and never will be.
Time for Shulman to rest for a couple of rounds. He’s been losing miserably. I’d be shocked if he’s used again in the next round.
Ah, the gumball bowl from one of the SPICE cups….
I would like red gumballs in the bowl please…
