      What:4-Round Swiss style Chess Tournament. Time Control is Game/30 per side. Round 1 will
      Begin At 10:00 am Check-in will be from 9:15am-9:45am. All other rounds will begin
      Immediately after each round completes. Awards will be after the last round.

      Who: Any current (U.S.C.F) United States Chess Federation member. Membership is required to play
      In the Rated sections of this event. A special unrated section will be available for those who do
      To purchase a membership.

      Cost: $ 15.00 per player. $10.00 for players pre-registered by Wednesday Sept. 3, 2008.

      Sections: K-1 , U800 , U1200 , Open Special Unrated section: Open

      Awards: Trophies to the top 3 Players in each section and Medals to the next 5 players. Unrated
      players will receive special chess pins.

      Special Chess Equipment will be available for purchase along with chess books.

        I understand their will also be Texas Hold’em tournaments and other Board games going on at the same time along with a vfob24hr. Live Gaming area.
