Rg4 with the idea of h5 and black can’t stop it.

        I would play h5 immediately.

        1. h5 Bh5
        2. Re4 and now there are two threats, Qg7# and Re8, and I don’t see any move that counters both, so white wins a piece.

        I would say
1.Rd6 with the same idea, since with Rg4 Black can prevent 2.h5 by Qe4.

        1. h5 Bxh5
        2. Re4!

        1. h5 Be4
        2. Rd6

        1. h5, Bxh5 (or B moves to some other sq)
        2. Re4!

        (if 1. Rd6, 3. Qg4 holds. if 2. Rd8, 3. f6 holds at least for now).

        1. h5 wins the Bishop. If it moves, 2. Re4 wins at least a Rook. (threatening checkmate on g7)

        How about 1. h5 straight away? If 1… Bxh5 2. Re4 and the threats of 3. Qxg7#, 3. Rxe6, and (if 2… Q-moves to cover g7) 3. Rxe8, white should be winning in all lines.

urizingCurrent posts suggest 1. Rg4 or 1. Rd6, threatening h5. Why not 1. h5 immediately? Any movement of the bishop allows 2. Re4, and Black’s queen falls to the mate threat on g7.

        1.h5 Bh5
        2. Re4 Qe4
        3. Qg7 checkmate

        I am really surprised
        how weak a 2400 player
        is allowed to play.

h5 …. if black move his bishop to any place then Re4 wins the rock and if black leaves his bishop he will simply lose it and white is easily winning.
