You can’t trademark the word Chess Queen as is. You can’t trademark commonly used words.
It’s a major difference if she trademarks chessqueen this way. But she’s clearly trying to deceive the chess community by stating that she holds the trademark for the name Chess Queen.

anon above is correct. The law involving trademarks is very specific. You cannot arbitrarily change from ChessQueen to Chess Queen. This is deceiving and holds no water. I also highly doubt that the Chess Queen can be done. Perhaps Ms. Kosteniuk can published her papers?
Kosteniuk is just an egomaniac who can’t say a sentence without boasting about her pseudo accomplishments. Why not compare her records with Chiburdanidze, Gaprindashvili, or Judit Polgar? Everyone knows this so why would you be surprised if she’s fibbing about another one? Why waste time?
I think the final position of the Itturizaga and Kamsky game would make a nice puzzle. I especially loved the computer analysis during the last 10 moves of the game.
