What kind of a European Club Cup is this with players from all over the world?

@Anon 9:43AM: Even if more Americans are/were invited, they wouldn’t be among the top40 players by rating.

It’s the EUROPEAN CLUB cup, dummy. The club is European, players can be from any country. Just like football and UEFA Champions League.

And what about the USA Club Cup, it has Australians in it?

Chess has little to do with inteligence. Chess blogs like this one and chess forums prove this over and over again.
