Thank you so much!

In the past 3-4 days, I have received over 5,100 very nice messages on Facebook, posts on various blogs, and emails from over 110 countries wishing me a happy birthday. Thank you so much! Yesterday I was able to spend time with my family, friends, members of SPICE and the Texas Tech Knight Raiders chess team. I am very lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful people.

I can assure you that I will continue to promote chess for everyone (scholastic, collegiate, casual and tournament, women and girls, and professional players, etc.). I will also continue to fight for the rights of chess players. I love this game and it has given me a lot of pleasure in return. I would like to thank everyone who believes in my mission and has supported me over the years. Together we can make a big difference for chess.
