        What happened to Shabalov?

My question exactly: Did his cell phone go off on move 18 or was he sick?

Also, did Krush win on time? Her position didn’t look very good at the end.

Neither. Shabalov resigned before White could make his move. Shabalov blundered the knight on e7 with Nd5.
