      Utah Girls’ Chess Championship
      Saturday, February. 21, 2009

      First round begins at 9:30 am, all others following asap. Check-in and on site registration from 8:45-9:15. Those arriving late may have to forfeit the first round.

      Nibley Park Elementary
      2785 S 800 E, SLC, 84106

      $12 pre-registered, $15 on-site

      5 round SS. Sections K-2, 3-5, 6-9, K-12.K-2 is G/15, all others G/30.
      USCF membership is not required for any section.

      Trophies to 1st overall each section and 1st-5th place each grade. Medals will be given to all participants. The winner of the K-12 section will qualify to represent Utah at the Polgar Invitational for Girls this June in Texas.

      Send student’s name, grade, school and section to Stephanie Pitcher: agogsteph@hotmail.com. Please pre-register by Feb. 19.
