Best wishes with SPICE but the heck with the USEless-CF. There was never any hope of straightening it out. I never understood why you bothered with it.
There was every hope if Bauer and Berry had played ball. Why didn’t they?
Everything hinged on which way they jumped, so they are going to have a lot of explaining to do when USCF crashes.
Susan, if I ran Texas Tech I would want you to dump the USCF and build Spice. Then enjoy your chess and your family. You are above the law suite brigade.
