      Webster U freshman GM Nyzhnyk just tied for 1st at 2014 World Open

      Illya Nyzhnyk, SPICE, Webster University, World Open


      Webster University Freshman GM Illya Nyzhnyk of Ukraine just tied for 1st at the 2014 World Open with GM Ilya Smirin (Israel) and GM Conrad Holt (USA) with the score of 7-2! Illya just started his study at Webster University less than 2 months ago. He is a math major. Congratulations to Illya and the other two co-champions!

      Illya now joins the Webster University #1 ranked team in the US with Grandmaster teammates:
