I would want to keep the black king from getting to d8 and c7. So, give up the rook is my first thought:

3. Qf6 Ke8
4. Ng7#
White must strike hard, fast and continuously to avoid mate. Start with 1. Nxf6+ and go from there.

Hi! It seems to me that 1.Rh8+ wins in all variations…the point being that Black must NOT escape via e8-c7!

1…Bxh8 2.Qxh8+ Ke7 3.f6+ Kf7 4.Qg7+ Ke8 5.Qe7 mate.
1…Bxh8 2.Qxh8+ Kf7 3.Qg7+ Ke8 4.Qg8+! Ke7 5.f6 mate.
