Sure 1.Qd5+! is the easiest way to win for white but his position is so overwhelming that even plenty of other moves (e.g. h6 or Bh3) should win, too. While the latter of these two does not actually win the queen – she can escape to f3 – it should also be sufficient to win after e.g. Be6+ and h6.
