“why is Ruan Lufei not in the participants list”

She is most likely attending her Phd classes.

It’s absolutely unfair that Tatiana Kosintseva has played only 3 stages of the GP, while all the participants have played 4 stages!

        Re: Ruan Lufei not included
The participants were determined before anyone knew she existed.

Re: Tatiana Kosintseva in only three stages
Tatiana Kosintseva and Baira Kovanova had scheduling conflicts so both missed one stage.

I may be mistaken, but I believe she’s a university student…She probably has more obligations than playing chess.

Susan, obviously the official website has made a mistake by mentioning that “This will be one of the strongest women tournaments of all times and it is important to point out that there are three ex-world Champions taking part as well as the highest ranked women players in the world”

Actually, there are four ex-world champions in the list: Stefanova Antoaneta, Chiburdanidze Maia, Chen Zhu and Yuhua Xu.

I would like to know your prediction about this strong tournament.
