The first move seems pretty obvious, and I would probably play it in a blitz game without giving it a second thought. The key features are the path of the queen to h5, the possibility of playing Rf3 and opening the g-file for the other rook if black accepts the exchange sacrifice at f3:
1. Bh7
And black has Kh8, Kh7, Kg7, Kf7, but they all look bad to me with just a cursory look. Taking each in order:
1. …..Kh8 2. Qh5 And what does black do here? All I can find are sacrificial moves that delay mate like Bg2, Bf3, Rf7. Of these, Rf7 is probably the longest line to my eye:
2. …..Rf7 3. Qf7
Here, I am not 100% sure what the most forcing line for white is here- he has options like Bg6 and maybe even Rf3, but I like keeping it simple-Qf7 just wins at minimum, a rook, and the e7 bishop is looking lonely. Continuing:
3. …..Qd8 (Nc6 4.Bg6+-) 4. Rf3 Bf3 5. gf3 Qf8 (Nc6 6.Qh5 still) 6. Qh5 and there is no defense to the threats of Rg1 or Bg6.
The other move 1 alternatives for black are almost as hopeless:
1. …..Kh7 2. Qh5 Kg7 (Kg8 3.Qg6 Kh8 4.Rf3+-) 3. Rf3 Rg8 (Bf3 4.gf3 is similar) 4. Rg3 Kf8 5. Qh6 Kf7 (Ke8 6.Rg8; Rg7 6.Qh8) 6. Qh7 Ke8 7. Rg8 Bf8 8. Qg7 Qd6 9. Bc5 and black is dead. Or
1. …..Kg7 2. Qg4 and every reply is mate or interpolates into the lines above. Or
1. …..Kf7 2. Qh5 Kg7 3. Rf3 and we already know how this turns out.
1. Bxh7+ Kxh7 2. Qh5+ Kg8 or Kg7 3. Rf3 Bxf3 4. gxf3 (stand by for KO – only 1 step for KO) ??? (King-black no way out…)5. Rgl# – CHECKMATE!!!(KO!!! Yeah… White won)
1. Bxh7+ Khx7 2. f5
1.Bxh7+ Kxh7, 2.Qh5+ Kg7, 3.Rf3 Bxf3, 4.gxf3 threatening Rg1+ looks interesting and winning. Phil

1. Bxh7+ is correct
1…….kxh7
2. qh5+ kg7
3. rf3+ !!! bxf3
4. gf3 with mate coming soon
White should play 1.a5!! ensuring a weak pawn on b4.
1. Qg4+…
next move Qh5 and mate or loss of fatal material to follow…
1. Bxh7+ Kxh7 2. Qh5+ Kg8 or Kg7 3. Rf3 Bxf3 4. gxf3 (stand by for KO – only 1 step for KO) ??? (King-black no way out…)5. Rgl# – CHECKMATE!!!(KO!!! Yeah… White won)
